"zero stars said they were coming for a soil sample, they never took sample and dumped a bunch of fertilizer which completely burnt the whole new yard, we cancelled service and had to reloom and seed our yard again ..... WELL THE SHOWED UP AGAIN!!!! did the same thing on the 6 day old lawn. absolute waste of money!!!! dont use them unless you want to pay a fortune and have to redo your yard. still waiting for money back"

"Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."
