"Eric is awesome!!! I bought a floor sample rug that was FILTHY and needed to be cleaned before we even brought it in the house. I contacted Eric and he got back to me right away. I dropped it off to him (he offered to pickup but it was on my way so I swung by) and within hours he had finished and arranged to drop off to me after work! The rug looks like new! Will be having him come to do in-home carpet cleaning next. Great work and super friendly, highly recommend!!!"

Based on my square foot calculation, she gave me a "ball park" estimate and expressed willingness to travel to my home in the foothills east of Fresno, adding that she was familiar with the area. During our discussion, I stated that we planned to move the furniture out of the way onto our deck and Sandi said she offered a discount if she didn't need to move furniture. When the appointment day neared, rain was predicted so I phoned to see if we could reschedule. Sandi understood and readily rescheduled. On the day of the appointment, she phoned on the way to let me know that she had been delayed briefly--she arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. She looked over the job, and listened to my concern about a previous cleaning by a different provider that was not satisfactory, reassuring me that the fact that she was certified meant that I would be happy with the results. She measured the rooms and gave me the price, which was very close to her telephone estimate. She and her helper went right to work and were finished in an hour; and I was indeed pleased with the job. Even high traffic areas like the stairs, the office, and the eating area were much improved."

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again. <br />"

"He is very friendly and he comes in and looks at what I need done, he describes what he is going to do aggressively and he does it, but he puts everything back in its place and leaves everything clean. He is aggressive and he is not passive at all. He is here ahead of time. This was the second time that I have used him and I am almost afraid to put his name out there because then I won't get him when I want him."
