"I gave A&S Pest Control a negative review because they failed to show up for a scheduled appointment and then never even called me back to explain or reschedule. Just this morning (Saturday - 2 days later) the exterminator tech shows up at my door. He seemed completely unaware of what had happened and apologized profusely when I explained to him the story. He seemed like a nice guys, and was already there, so I decided to let him do the treatment. He did a thorough job, and when he was finished he told me that there was no charge for the inconvenience. I have tried to take down the negative review, but Angi's doesn't seem to have a mechanism for that, so I am writing this review to give the "rest of the story"."
