"I can't recommend this company highly enough. Top notch service. The phone is always answered within a few rings by a live and incredibly helpful assistant. They are very accommodating. I had a last minute change of plans, and needed my delivery delayed by a day. Aleks, Moses, and Tommy made it work. The movers are remarkably fast. My apartment was completely cleared of all boxes and furniture within two hours. Everything arrived perfectly, with not a single dish or cup broken. The rate for my SF-LA move was very reasonable. "Scheduling my move was easy, I requested 3 movers, however, the day of my move there were 5 ppl sent. I was charged for the extra persons. The job was completed within 2.5 hours, they were fast, professional. The only complaint, packaging items which as TV was pricey & was not told about this extra when scheduling."

"Excellent move! These guys coped really well with changing requirements and a more-difficult-than-anticipated move. They were honest about everything, and handled our stuff with care. They spent like 2x the time they expected to and still counted the hours in our favor. An item got broken during the trip and they were quick to point it out and they will repair or replace it. Always get insurance! There was no damage to either building during the move. I think that the dispatcher might have underestimated the scale of the job a little bit (I know that we underestimated, too, so part of that might be our fault), so the truck they dispatched for this move was just slightly too small so it was a bit cramped. That's no problem for us, but if you're planning on moving, maybe try and be extra generous with your estimate."
