"Exceeded our expectations! The owner of Warren's Landscaping, Matt, is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of landscaping and hardscaping. They did all of our landscaping in the front of our house and the back, around the patio and putting green they had put in. He helped us design our patio which was complete with a fire pit and a chipping green with a putting hole. He also built us a 3 hole putting green about 35 yards across from our patio, so we can chip over to the green and have lots of family fun on the putting green. It turned out better than we were even expecting and the added stone walkway from our deck looks outstanding. Matt was very fair with pricing and all of his workers were very nice and respectful! Will definitely work with again!"

"Customer service was consistently disappointing. The latest example involved fall fertilization of three trees. I had agreed to a contract that specified a fall fertilization and winter topical treatment of a hickory tree. The contract also included treating 2 ash trees to prevent ash borer infestation every 3 years. A year ago I paid for the fall fertilization and last winter the hickory treatment. Yesterday (10/10/2024), a man arrived and did another fall fertilization. I had not been notified this work was going to be done or I would have cancelled it due to my decision to terminate services with the Arbor Doctor. When I confronted the man performing the service yesterday, he called his office and told me I would be contacted by someone to explain why he was there. A woman called me and said the contract was for once a year treatment of fall fertilization and winter treatment of the hickory. I said that was not at all clear to me, but I hadn't yet examined the contract. I said I did not want any more services provided by the Arbor Doctor. She said I was responsible for that day's fertilization. After the call, I examined the contract I'd approved and nowhere did it say the treatments would be every year unless I cancelled them in advance. The contract did state the ash borer treatment would be every 3 years. (Another reason I decided to "fire" the Arbor Doctor was the exorbitant fee for the ash treatments: $1275 (which I paid) vs. $725 from a recent bid by Madison Tree Care)."

"Kevin and his team are super reliable and punctual, friendly and get the job done. I did my due diligence when planning these projects and got other quotes and his prices were competitive and he was the best to work with. Definitely feel like we found the best landscapers in Cincinnati."

"Giving this company a 2 is generous. Please don't hire them. They have so many added fees in their final bill. My bill had an extra $3,500, which was more than a 10% increase for "general conditions". No explanation was given for this. The labor was $100 per man hour. The poor guys doing the work don't even see half of this money. I could go on and on. What I received for the $30,000 I paid was a piddly walkway. I still can't believe how badly I was taken. I worked with Tom Fryman. His communication was subpar. Theybstarted the job off incorrectly, so they had to do repair work, and they billed me for their mistake. This company is dishonest and greedy. Do yourself a favor and find someone else for the job."

"It went really well! The tree crew who did the tree pruning did a wonderful job and they took down old, dead trees flawlessly - and completed the work in 1 day. We were very happy with the tree removal and pruning. The landscape crew was friendly, asked questions to clarify what we wanted, cleaned up and put away their tools each night. It was obvious they cared about the customer. A special shout out to Nate and Amanda in particular; they were nice and were great workers! First, a tremendous customer service story: Our front porch was rebuilt and replaced with Classicstone pavers, but the colors didn't match the colors we were shown and expected. We called as soon as we realized and insisted that they pull what they had just laid and re-install with a different color. The Wimberg designer, Julia, ensured that we the customer was satisfied, so she quickly provided us with actual pictures of three different pallets of pavers and allowed us to pick what we wanted (yes, she also gave a professional suggestion, too). The next day, the "bad" pavers were taken up and the "good" pavers re-installed! I was thoroughly impressed with the flexibility and the desire to satisfy the customer, even if it meant wasted time, effort and money that had to be re-done. I will be a lifetime customer - it reinforces why Wimberg has received the #1 landscaper award for the last several years. The rest of the job looks great, too! The selected boxwood shrubs and spruce trees look perfect - all similar shapes and sizes. The placing and positioning of new plantings followed our directions. As well, they nailed the final finishing touches: laying down a healthy amount of mulch, laying down seed and straw in the slightly damaged parts of the yard (even more than was expected), and cleaning up as if they'd never been there. We were very excited at the outcome and wholeheartedly recommend Wimberg. A couple footnotes worth mentioning: since they are in high demand, it may take some time to get to your job. Be patient and plan well in advance, they are worth the wait. Being a premium landscaper, they are not the cheapest; but if you're like me and willing to pay a premium price for premium quality and a high level of customer service, they are a great choice. It took a couple months from contract to scheduling, and all the jobs wrapped up within a 2-3 week timeframe. We were more than happy to wait until September for new plantings, so it worked out fine for us. We enjoy working with Julia; she is easy to work with and has a great customer-service orientation. She always responded promptly on nights and weekends to our emails, and followed through and did everything she said she would do. She is a huge asset to the Wimberg organization."
