"An exterior single paned window on my downstairs shop was broken in midwinter. I taped plastic over it but wanted it fixed promptly as rain was due. My phone call was answered by a real person who gave me an estimate and we made an appointment. The repair person showed up on time -- I didn't even have to be there, which was great because I work and it was freezing cold outside -- fixed the window and the bill was $2 under the estimate. They allowed me to pay by credit card over the phone which was nice (points!) <br /> I was happy with the quality of the work as well and would be happy to use them again. <br />"

"I needed the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath plus 2 car garage of a rental unit that had been occupied by the last tenant for over ten years completed as quickly as possible, Call regarding an estimate on day 1, met at site and got an estimate on the spot, had to leave town so gave keys to the unit at that time. Got a call with questions while I was out of town. The job was completed when I returned. Had them do inside of closets, all rooms, plus garage. Clean when they left, looks great!"
