"We cannot say enough good things about Al Vazquez Landscape Maintenance. Our 3500 sq ft front yard was taken over by ivy and clematis vines for the last decade. We hired Al Vazquez Landscape Maintenance to clear the whole front yard, down to the ground of weeds, shrubs and dead trees. Al's crew worked for 5 whole days, with Al himself climbing onto our garage roof to clear vines & trim an ornamental cherry tree. The crew had the best work ethic, never on their phones, and always on time for each long day of hard work. The job included removal of all debris and then spreading anti-germination product to deter grow-back of the invasive species. His bid was reasonable, and we also are hiring him to spread bark nuggets in the front, side and back yards. "I hired them to build a 16x20 ft paver patio in August of 2022, by the end of April 2023 the project manager told me there is not much more they could do to make the patio better and I had to pay them the full amount. Even though they claim to have many years of experience, the low quality of craftsmanship does not reflect their years of experience. The patio is not square and there are many visible gaps in between pavers making it an eye sore and everyone that comes to visit is always surprised to hear the amount of money I payed for the project. It has been a very expensive lesson learned for me"

"Had a sprinkler system installed on about 1/3 of an acre in the spring of 2022 with a 3 year guarantee. They were prompt about coming out, giving an estimate and taking a payment. Poor communication following the install regarding operation. Problems with water reaching all areas of the grass were downplayed. After repeatedly not answering texts or phone messages I was berated by Mr. Hawk for being "Mr. Difficult". I ended up buying and changing 3 sprinkler heads so that water would reach everywhere and eliminate brown spots. Terrible customer service !"

They were on time, did a good job, cleaned up afterwards and were great. We will use them in the spring for mulch and hard scape and irrigation. Our new go to resource."

"Do you have a yard full of bark chips (or weeds), and you’d like a lovely landscape instead? Calling RCS Landscape is a good start. After contacting 7 landscapers through Angie’s List (3 of whom never called me back), I got 4 quotes for work in my back yard. Ricardo’s was the most reasonable, and he was able to start work sooner than the others. He answered all my questions as the job progressed. I have difficult access to my back yard, and Ricardo and his team were willing and able to work with it. They did a professional job on my retaining wall and paver path and patio, plus they were very patient in helping me place my boulders. In addition, they were personable, considerate of my neighbors and cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of things that did not get communicated during my project. While Ricardo was able to fix one of them, it was too far along in the project to fix the other. I chose to do my own planting and mulching. With the professionally installed hardscape already in place, the end result is a serene and delightful spot I now call My Happy Place. My friends and family love it too! I would definitely put RCS Landscape on the list of people to call if I needed more work done."
