After contacting the company, the owner Mr. Albert Martinez came to inspect and give us options for leak repairs. We also asked for a quote for a new standing seam metal roof. His friendly helpful manner and honesty left us feeling good about his company. We did buy a metal roof system from Albert's company, and it has been, by far, the best decision we have made for our home since moving to the area in 2001. Communication before, during and after the project, was top notch and thorough. We always knew where the process was and what would be next. Albert, the owner, Camden, Christian, Kyle, Tony, Pat, and the installer crews are knowledgeable, reliable and high quality professionals in applying metal roofing with a flair. "After a severe thunderstorm in our area we happened to notice that night that a large amount of water was on the floor in several rooms of our home. We spent a lot of time on cleanup but worried about what caused the flooding especially with more rain in future forecasts. I didnâ  t know any roofing proâ  s in town so I used the internet to search and located Cypress Roofing and read the positive feedback. I called Cypress early the next morning (Friday) and they were able to arrange a roof inspection within two hours or so. Cypress Sales Rep Camden Jones soon arrived and conducted a thorough inspection and found no damage to the roof that would have caused the flooding. Camden then searched for a possible cause and located several entry points for water that were obscured by the landscaping that I was unaware of but will address with my landscape guy. Camden refused to charge for any of the inspection and the whole experience was professional and positive and should I experience any roofing issues in the future I will be contacting Cypress Roofing. I love great service and I recommend that you do the same."
