I had to call repeatedly to find out what they had done and what I should do to remedy the situation as quickly as possible, because I was showing my house to prospective buyers, and my yard looked TERRIBLE. What irked me the most was that Ed would only make comments to me through the office staff, and when he finally deigned to get on the phone, he said that nothing they had done would have burnt my lawn. I beg to differ; I've read online that excessive lime applications done in the hot months can burn a lawn. I'm not comfortable working with a company that lies to me, so I've terminated my account.
