He is a certified arborist, which gave me confidence that what he was recommending took the trees' health into mind and that the cuts they eventually made would not introduce disease into the trees. He also gave me copies of the company's insurance and bonding. That is important to me with so many companies not carrying proper coverage, or lying about it having it. The next week Josh and two other employees came back to do the work. They understood which limbs we wanted removed, did the work safely, and cleaned up thoroughly.
