The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low. "They were always difficult to contact and it usually took us about 3 tries on separate days to reach Cecil Vossler, but once we did he was courteous and efficient and scheduled us in short order. He and his crews always showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. His work is excellent, his prices are very fair, and he and his various crews (we had 3 different crews for the 3 jobs) were all excellent plumbers and knew how to do the work. All jobs were completed very quickly."
