You have to trust somebody and I surely wasn't going to give the job to some company with out of state plates and no reputation. I had a great experience with Matt the salesperson handling everything from the start with the insurance company and adjuster all the way through until the job was complete. Mario was the foreman and he actually knew a lot more about getting the work completed correctly than anyone I've met before. 5-Stars and I would and have recommended Lon Smith to my brother who purchased a roof from them and another house we have was completed by them which is a rental unit near by. "We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. "Russell was by far the best contractor we have ever used. Had a roof leak with some hail damage. He came by and looked our roof over and gave us a quote. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage. "I got a quick response and they completed the work promptly. I needed a dryer vent replaced as well as roof repair. It was a good thing I was there because they would have done the vent work incorrectly if I wasn't there to oversee their work. They ended up doing a good job but I recomend that you be very clear to the workers what needs to be done."
