"They did a good job but their attitude wasn't good. They charged $300 to remove a tree which I thought was very reasonable. I got estimates as high as $1800. It wasn't the greatest attitude, I had a dispute with them. When I called Angie's List, then they came back and apologized and they said it was a bad day or whatever and I told them it was fine, cut the tree down and then go home. I don't think I would use them again. Their price is very good considering the estimates I had gotten from others and I had 4 bad estimates previous to them. They did what they knew how to do, they removed the tree, cleaned up behind themselves, and then left. Based on their attitude, their professionalism wasn't great and that was also a part of my dispute."

"We talked to 4 other tree service companies before deciding on Exquisite Environments. The first two declined the job because the large oak trees that needed to come down were situated on hillsides inaccessible to their cherry-pickers/cranes. Then we spoke with a large firm that has offices all over the place, ads in all the circulars, and top ratings on Angie's List. They were very knowledgeable, and could have done the work, but when we mentioned our desire for firewood, they poo-poohed it, saying we would do better to leave the wood on the ground and buy firewood in the store. We then spoke with Kyle, of Exquisite Environments, and one other local independent arborist, both of whom said they would have no trouble taking down the trees, without the use of cranes or cherry-pickers. In addition, one of the first things they both said was that we would reap a huge harvest of firewood, and should take advantage of it if we could. We decided to go with Kyle, largely because the other local guy could not begin the work for several weeks, but also because Kyle was the only one who pointed out some landscaping changes that would help to save some other endangered trees on our property. Kyle was able to schedule the job in a little more than a week. His crew arrived right on schedule, at 8 a.m. We expected the work to take several days, but to our surprise, the large trees were gone within a few hours. The remaining cabling, trimming, and tree removal were finished by the following evening. The work was done carefully, without disturbing us or the neighbors, and there was nothing was left behind for us to cleanup."

"Slow to provide proposal, but report on proposal delay on Angies list resulted in quick response. Proposal was a bit pricey, but they were able to do the work quickly. Arrived with a crew of 3 and worked 2 up in the trees and one on ground (helping with lines and hauling limbs to chipper). Very professional crew who were safety conscious, and careful to move items on the ground that could be damaged by falling limbs. My trees are very tall and they went way up these trees to do the work properly( only 1 could be done by cherry picker). They seemed to have all of the specialized saws, and equipment needed to do the job properly. Cleaned up after the work very professionally. Completed job in 1 day."
