My husband emailed Masters, they came out promptly looked, said they would change the treatment and follow up to make sure the lawn improved. No one ever came back or followed up. Masters came today to provide the weekly service and our lawn looks bad. My husband is in the backyard pulling weeds and I’m about to retrim the grass myself because there are parts in the front and back left uncut. We’ve reached out multiple times and nothing has changed. I would very much not recommend."

"The guy came, put a ton of bait around the house (inside the house) which drew the critters in, instead of out. Made the problem 10 times worse (started with a few ants, after they came 6 times, my house looked like Jumanji!) Had to hire someone else to fix the problem which at that point was a lot more expensive. Best is, they still billed me for the crappy, sub-par job they did. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy."
