Robert was very pleasant and efficient and even took the time to spot treat the few unavoidable weeds that had materialized since the last application. At the same time Robert arrived we had received a shipment from another company for a product that weighed over 160 pounds. When he noticed the shipping company technician would not bring the container into the house, Robert offered to do so for us! It was a beautiful act of kindness on his part and we are so grateful for his generosity. Our lawn is looking great with NaturaLawn. Almost $500 to get my car because of unnecessary fees. Steve their manager couldn't reach the owner to help me but could reach him to tell him all about me. They didn't even have my car for 24 hours. Plus charged an after hours release fee they told me nothing about. If I didn't need to leave by ambulance it would've only cost me $75."
