Aside from judging the quality and design of various window vendors, we wanted the scheduling and installation to be coordinated by the vendor with minimal drain on building management and maintenance personnel. We were impressed with the window design, specs, lifetime warranty and dealing directly with the manufacturer. Scheduling was flexible and installation went smoothly. The installers were efficient, neat (careful, drop cloths, vacuuming) and courteous. The sales and office staff were helpful and easy to deal with. Shareholder feedback has been very positive.
