"Everything went great. Donald was excellent on the phone and communication through text pics. He understood everything in advance and provided a price. He responded very quickly and replaced the watering system valve without a problem. I really appreciated that he didn't mind explaining everything and didn't mind me watching him work. He walked me through programming the watering cycles and set it all up for me. I learned a lot from him about a appropriate lawn plants for the desert environment. He's a great guy, professional and communicates very well. I say go with Gotcha!!!!! You won't regret it."

"This person can not be trusted. The work they do has to be checked because they don't care. Replaced a sprinkler and it was spraying out in the street. They bid on leveling out a place for a shed and after we said ok they only wanted to do some of it costing us more money to have it finished. The day he quit someone broke the wires to my first sprinkler station killing some of my grass. Again these people can't be trusted. What liars they are."
