"My husband and I have been wanting to place a privacy fence in our back yard since fall of 2023, we called multiple local businesses with no answer and very little call backs. My husband found Legacy Outdoor Living on Angi's List. Immediately we got a call back and met Austyn with a quote for a 350 foot cap & rail privacy fence. We waited about 3 months from the initial quote to the day of installing the fence. Until that time we had prepared by cutting trees down, stump grinding, and surveying the land. Now, it is January and the weather has been so unpredictable. That did not stop Austyn from coming to work in frigid temperatures with 6 inches of snow and ice. We made sure he had plenty of hot coffee and a little fire nearby to keep him warm. We are so happy with his work and can easily say we have the best looking fence in the entire neighborhood!"

"The cover to our patio looks great, but ... to install the three posts. they needed to cut into the existing stone patio. After the cover was installed, they did an inadequate job replacing the stones around two of the three posts. I went to the office to pay for the work, told them of this problem, and they told me to send photos and they would get it addressed. I've sent photos (twice), but they have ignored my requests. Lesson learned: don't pay until you are completely satisfied."

I had a variety of concepts and ideas for my new home, including converting a spare room into a master bathroom and reworking some dead space in the kitchen. I reached out and they responded immediately, came out to my house as soon as I could meet them there, and did a very thorough walk-through, supplying new ideas when I wanted them but being budget conscious the entire time. Communication has been strong, and we have been in touch constantly throughout the project, including through receiving frequent pictures of the progress and having an open door for questions. They were willing to work on my schedule -- meeting me after hours and on weekends. They have also done everything on my wish list -- from building a new bathroom from scratch, building shelves and counters in the kitchen, fixing the kitchen ceiling, drywalling and resealing a wall to remove a random door, installing a garbage disposal, and repainting several rooms -- all in two and a half weeks. That was ahead of schedule. They have also been courteous in the house the full time, cleaning up as they go. This has far exceeded my expectations, and I could not be happier with the work they have done and the dedication they have shown to quality."

"They removed the door and c replaced with a new one. Before they put the frame they realized that sheet rock needs replacement and they said they cannot put the frame and then remove it again to fix the sheet rock. They said they will come back in Thursday. The owner texted me acting 240p when I contacted him asking what time they will be here to finish the job. He said he is coming himself to make sure the job is properly done. I didn’t hear from them until around 5:43pm he said he was caught in traffic and will arrive around 7pm and I told them it’s too late because I was going to sleep because I have to go to work tomorrow. That’s when I texted him that he should have told me earlier that they are going bit be late. That’s when we started exchanging texts which I posted on the website. I told him that that’s not right to do that to a customer. He said that I can keep the door and send me $20 for the frame. I paid him $700 for a $750 job and the job is not finished. Putting the shed rock he had said it will be extra $100 to make it $850 and he wanted all the money on Monday and I refused to pay all of it because I was afraid they might not come back and which I am now realizing that that’s what happened."
