"Quoted 14 trees down to reasonable size stump and haul off everything for $5500. Only did 12 trees in two days and short day light hours may have been part of issue, but crew took 2 hours lunch break first day. (My brother was here to witness it. ) Crew was not of fluent English speaking nationality which I didn’t have a problem with as the leader was mostly able to communicate back & forth with me. I told crew leader that I was satisfied with the work they did, as they only limbed up 2 others that should have been minimally topped out. The boom truck was already there and they wanted to start packing up before darkness set in.. Spyder Tree care service did a Superior job cleaning up !!! There was no contract paperwork to have a discussion over, however leader did say he would email one to us after he had his check in his hand. There was no heated discussion. Friendly separation and he did say if I ever need him back at a later time , he would take down one more for free. "

"These people are nothing but rotten no good theives. Chris took a down payment of $2100 from my parents to get materials for a fence 2 months ago, now he will not come do the work. They have called him and every time he says he will be there a specific day he never shows up. My parents asked for their money back since Chris obviously wasn’t going to do the job and he said no. If you want your work to actually get done and not be screwed over go with another company. GFY Chris"

"I had someone come out in Aug to check all zones and make sure the system was working and in good order. About 30 days later when I went to use the system one (1) sprinkler head was not working. I called and asked them to come fix that head. The new tech came out and turned a screw and it worked in about 20 seconds. "It was off" then the tech checked all the other zones, found a leak in a zone that I had turned off and don't use. The tech screwed a cap on the end of a hose and billed me $155. When I asked why they told me that it was a "New repair" Lesson learned. DO NOT let a tech touch anything but what they come out to repair. This is how they make you pay for your warranty work. Got to hand it to them, pretty slick!"
