They know I have dogs so if they are running late they call and let me know so I can be sure the dogs can go out before they come do the service. They are extremely prompt in terms of arrival with a phone call that lets you know they are on their way. "I've used them every 6 weeks for the last year and a half. I haven't decided if I'm gong to continue to use them. On more than one occasion, we've had to call them back because they left fertilizer all over the sidewalks and patios. They also didn't spray for the weeds. They have very responsive whenever we've had to call them back but I don't want to constantly call them back to do their job. I can't say that the lawn has improved dramatically since they have been coming."
