"5 star rating 7/8/2025 I had an exterior painting job for trim on an old house. I interviewed a few people but Jeff stood out by asking all the right questions and making intelligent suggestions as we went over the project details. I could tell he understood I was interested in a quality job. We kept in contact between the initial free consultation and the date he had scheduled with us. He even did some requested investigation on paints before the job even started. When the time came to do the job he showed up and went to work. I noticed he was always thinking and asking questions when he identified something that he thought I might want him to do. The job was completed with very high quality work and cleanliness. He went out of his way to work with our schedule. He was not the least expensive but I believe he was a good value. I am in the process of trying to identify more complex jobs that I could have him do to take advantage of his wide range of skills."

"Eli came out and re graded a whole residential yard for me along with taking out and reinstalling a rock bed on the side of my house. He did a great job and I highly recommend Precision Works for anything excavating related! Eli is a super nice guy, very professional, and is very fair with his pricing! "????? If I could give zero stars, I would Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship. ? Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage. ? Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment. ? Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas?powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place. ? Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior. ? End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent. Save yourself "
