"They did our siding and replaced a few windows. The siding was fine, but they left unpainted wood and unfilled nail holes in the trim of all the windows they replaced. They left nails scattered through our yard through the winter (which was understandable because of the snow), but after the snow melted, they kept telling us "we'll schedule something soon" for almost 6 weeks. We had to threaten to file an HIC complaint to get them to schedule the work."
