"Fernando with The Paver Boss was very responsive, efficient and kind. He and his team: power washed my house, patio and shed, cleared more leaves and sticks than I'd like to admit, replace some fence panels and hauled an entire trailer full of junk to the dump for me all in 2 days!! Along with other small things like moving some stuff around the yard. I already have more work lined up with them, like gutter and soffit replacement and some concrete work. They are local to Lusby so it's nice to have a reliable company in my neighborhood 😊"

Even though my property was 30 miles away, Jessie was there 9 am sharp the next morning. Now that is dedication to your customer if I say so!!! GREAT JOB! They took care of the entire lawn. I paid MRW Lawn Service over $2000 and gave them almost a year to achieve satisfactory results – after 10 months. with too many weeds and several bare spots I gave up. I learned my lesson and cancelled. I regret I ever started their pricy and less than satisfactory lawn service. I had hired MRW Lawn Service to provide lawn care services which included soil testing, fertilization, weed control, grub control, seeding and Core/Slice combo renovation. I recognized that results take time, so I stuck with MRW for almost one-year hoping to see the results their representative had promised. Unfortunately, the results from all the treatments applied by MWR were unsatisfactory. The primary issues of concern were weeds and bare spots."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"
