Every week I received a progress report telling us what they had done and what was scheduled for the upcoming week along with lots of pictures. I'd recommend him to anyone and hire him again. Our unit was broken, he sorted out what was wrong, serviced the machine and fixed it. He could have bilked us for a new machine, but only did what was needed."
