"3 months ago we had a septic tank pumped, That had no problems before, And Now 3 months later, The Top of the tank is leaking everywhere all over the yard, We Had them come out today , We Found a big 5 inch crack out of the seal lip of the lid and tank on one corner, (A Gaping hole) Caused by the last brooks guys. It's not they're fault they claim, And now, We have a broken septic tank and lid. They broke it and wont fix it. Worst Company I have ever worked with , Argumentative supervisor/Owner. Dose not know water travels down hill. Ignorant man , Thank you Brooks for screwing up a 90 year old lady's septic . I do volunteer work for habitat for humanity and for people in need, Like this lady who is now in the hospital due to the stress Brooks caused her. Crooks (Brooks) steals from the poor. Shame on you Brooks.."
