Before hiring Nick, he connected us with an architect to help us design the look of our patio, which really helped us visualize everything we discussed, and Nick sent us tons of stone samples to help us make our decision. "I bought the Big Deal (4 hrs of landscaping service) coupon for $149. Torress contacted me the same day and we scheduled him to come out to go over what I would like that evening. We needed our front yard planting beds to be weeded, plantings trimmed, and mulched. The back yard had weeds and saplings growing near the house that needed to be removed. We went over some stuff I had questions about and decided I might do some more landscaping in the spring. Torress asked if I wanted to call him or have him call me in the spring. I said I definitely need him to remind me!
Torress asked if I wanted to be home when they came to do the work, I said no, and he said he would be out sometime over the next couple weeks. Less than a week later, he was at our house and did everything he said he would do. He even edged our planting beds which I didn't even know to ask for! We were a little worried because it seemed he was overly trimming our rosebushes at the time. After he was finished, it was apparent that he only trimmed the parts that had leaves full of holes, and left the blooms with healthy leaves. Glad I didn't put my foot my mouth by questioning what he was doing! He left after a few hours and came back within a few days to spread mulch. Our yard definitely looks like a professional has been there. Communication was great, timing was faster than I anticipated, v happy with end product, and I would definitely use Brison again.
