And after paying several hundreds of dollars, our grass still has several dry spots. And they don't know how to set the irrigation timer accurately."

Our lawn had grown unusually tall due to family travel (we let it get away from us!). After their initial pass through with a riding mower, I noticed large amounts of grass clippings that would have damaged the grass underneath. This wouldn't have happened had we not let our lawn grow out of control; but, life happens. Rachel was happy and willing to correct the problem from OUR neglect and went back over the yard a second time with a smaller mower to bag the clippings.
