"I had a pine tree that had several dead branches that the crew cut off but didnt not seal the cuts. Now i have tree sap running down the tree, all over the ground and on my vehicle. It says on the internet.. quote " it's generally not considered good for tree sap to run down a tree after a branch is cut, although a small amount of sap seeping from a fresh cut is normal and not a cause for concern; excessive sap flow can attract pests and diseases, so proper pruning techniques to minimize sap leakage are recommended. " unquote. I am concern about all this sap mess. My question why wasnt the spot where the brances were cut not sealed with tree tar or plastic. Now CHIPS TREE SERVICE has left my tree open to disease and insect infestation!!!! I would not hire them again for trimming trees."

They were able to send someone out to look at the project the very next day and thanks to another customer postponing a job, they were able to start the following day. A three man crew showed up and did a project that would have taken me months (if not years) to accomplish in two days. They did a great job from start to finish. I would highly recommend them."

"We hired Glowing Seasons to install an irrigation system. After installation, the system did not operate correctly. When it ran, the rear zones activated, but the front zone did not function properly, and we found water inside the valve box. We contacted the company to report these issues. While the installer did return once, the problems were not resolved, and communication later focused on a disputed balance rather than correcting the system. There were also multiple scheduled days when the arrival time was 9:00 a.m., but the installer did not arrive until the afternoon (around 1:00 p.m.), and only after I followed up to ask whether he was still coming that day. These delays pushed back other scheduled work, including a concrete pour, by approximately one week. Ultimately, we did not feel comfortable having further work performed and decided not to proceed. Based on our experience, we were disappointed with the outcome and how the situation was handled."

"Appears very professional, never showed up and had to rescheduled. Gave me discount for the inconvenience. They did the treatment from the outside. However, my master bathroom where the termite originated from and very much destroyed the wood etc. I have been asking to Robbie and Zack if they did the treatment for master bathroom from the inside. Robbie, try to reschedule but I have no answer. Called the office, still waiting. It has been over two weeks. I would not recommend them to anyone. My service was handled by Prescott office."

"This project ran smoothly from beginning to end. Each day, Brian and Jason explained what they were going to do and before they left, they explained what they were going do the next day. A template was done for the bartop before it was removed. It took more time to do it this way but we were assured the new top would fit perfectly and it did. Everything in the room was covered to protect it from the dust. After the countertop was removed, the outlets had to be moved and they are qualified electricians. The flooring had to be removed in kitchen and living areas. It was a creaky floor and they assured us it wouldn’t creak anymore. There were some damp spots underneath the old flooring in the kitchen and I was called to let me know before they went any further to see what I wanted to do about the dampness. The flooring is in and there is no more creaking! 2,000 screws took care of that! The new baseboard is beautiful. It has been caulked and the nail holes filled in. The mitered cuts they made for each angle took extra time and it is perfection. Onto the newly framed, angled wall where the new fireplace was installed and they had to frame around the exhaust system to satisfy code regulation. I ordered a mantle online and the workmanship was so poor that I called them to pick it up. A mantle was special ordered by the contractor and he picked it up in Phoenix. It is a beautiful mantle and is exactly what we wanted. The stacked stone was laid which has to be exact from the beginning. Painstaking work all the way through because the stone is natural and not perfect. It is a beautiful wall now and they hung the mantle and the Samsung TV. Brian connected all the electronics to the TV. They are so knowledgeable about all facets of remodelling. No sub contractors are necessary. Every day before they left, they would spend the needed time to clean up and put their tools away. They are organised and professional and no one could have been easier to work with. Their work is meticulous and we will recommend them to all of our friends. Thank you, Brian and Jason!"
