"David and Delmer have helped us on several projects, sealing marble shower and countertops, sealing patio pavers, and polishing a concrete floor and walkways. David knows his materials, knows what to use where. He communicates, shows up on time, does the work in a clean and professional manner. If there is something unexpected he discusses what is going on & gives options. And the work is fairly priced. We got lower bids we were not confident with and higher bids which would have been wasting money -- David's work is great!"
