"The job required multiple visits to our home. In every instance the technician called prior to arrival. They also called when they would be a few minutes late due to traffic. They were very punctual. The initial estimate was based on our approximate square footage. Upon arriving at the site the technicians measured the actual area, minus cabinets, and figured the price on the actual area. This resulted in a lower price. <br /> They were very professional and were genuinely concerned about doing the best job possible. After the initial cleaning and drying, it was noticed that some of the grout was still discolored. They returned and redid the kitchen to correct the problem. They were very meticulous and were careful in all their work. They were careful to protect the adjoining hardwood floors and cabinets. <br /> They were consistently courteous and we would definitely use them again. A great company to deal with. <br />"
