"We lost the top part of a dead tree during a windstorm and needed it cleaned up and the rest removed. We had worked with Ennis Tree & Lawn in the past, so we called them back out. The team was there that day to assess the damage. They also assessed some other trees that we were worried about and in the end we decided to have 4 removed. Josh and his team worked the first half of the job into an opening in their schedule, getting the potentially dangerous trees down sooner than expected, then kept in touch with us so we knew when the second half would be done (basically waiting for the weather to dry out). When I inquired about removing a stump, Josh quoted me a price, but warned me against doing it, as it would serve to slow erosion on the hill until we decided what sort of landscaping we wanted to do. The people I've dealt with from Ennis are friendly and knowledgeable, letting you know what you need to know but never pushing a sale. I will certainly call them back if I have other work along these lines that needs doing."

"I would probably give them 80% satisfaction rate. Overall I'm pretty satisfied, probably 3/4th of the way satisfied. They need to come out and re-treat. We've got some sticky weed growing up in our backyard where the weed eater put it into the yard and they don't seem to be catching it. They come out once a month. We pay $50-$60 a month. They're consistent on time. If we're unhappy, they will come back readily."

"My husband and I have used Goodnight's Tree Service in the past and had a very positive experience, so we thought we'd give them another try.  We moved to a different location in Mooresville, IN in April this year.  The property had been empty for many months, and the yard needed a lot of attention.  As with our first experience, Darin was very informative.  None of the trees had bloomed yet since it was early in the season, and he walked all around the house and identified the trees on our property and offered advice on caring for them in the future.  We had two river birch trees in the front yard which were planted too close together, and one of them was leaning precariously toward our house.  We had the leaning tree removed since it would eventualy weaken the other healthier river birch tree plus pose a threat to our house if it fell.  On the day of the job, the staff was prompt, courteous, professional and conscientious of protecting our yard.  They cleaned up the mess to the point that no one would know what extensive work we had done (other than the property looking much, much better).  My husband and I love giving local companies our business, and we definitely have a "tree guy" for life with Goodnight's Tree Service.  I would highly recommend them for any job, large or small. <br />"

"We have been using this company for several years to tend to our irrigation system. While restarting the system this spring the technician missed a rotor that had not retracted entirely after a test run -- it was raining that day. Next morning our lawn mowing company accidentally ran through the rotor. I informed Indy Irrigation of the mishap. It was quite cool and rainy then so we were not intending to use the system for a while. Still, later that week a technician, Jason I believe his name was, stopped by and replaced the head. He was very courteous and nice to talk to. Since the problem had happened right after system activation Indy Irrigation waived the charges which I was appreciative of. (I have never understood why certain companies nickel/dime their customer when they stand to make so much more over the course of a long term relationship.) Once again, a thumbs up to Jason for his customer service skills which I feel are so so important in a company and its representative. Also want to acknowledge Danielle for her prompt response and scheduling."
