First, the free on site estimation is quick and accurate. Then, they put me on the earliest date on the calendar. The team has vast experience and pay attention to details. "They were hired to mow and weed eat the grass bi-weekly. They were asked to trim hedges away from house and tidy them up in addition to a rock area that had tall weeds with their initial service. We agreed that that the beds around the trees did not need trimming, but for some reason they completely removed the beautiful foliage from those areas. We hope they did not put round-up around those trees. They knocked down the tall weeds but left all of that along with pieces of pulled up landscaping material for us to clean up. This is where they were supposed to clean up and spray round-up. I bagged up most of the debris but still a mess and lots of shorter weeds. At least no apparent permanent damage there. As for the beds around the trees, one is completely destroyed and the other has little left. Were told they would look into it. We are waiting for a response. Have before & after pics. Can't upload here."
