"Excellent. Truly an exceptional company from the first time I met Ryder until completion. Very professional, courteous and extremely hard working group. I can’t say enough about them. Ryder is an exceptional individual and a true professional. I highly recommend Acoma and happy to have them post pictures of my new roof on their website. No better roofing company in the area."

"My name is Steve in Clearwater. Jim and his team were prompt, efficient, reasonably priced and nice guys that did a great job repairing our flat roof. I would definitely rehire for any future roof work."

"Our family home had an aging roof and I reached our to Alpha Roofing to discuss options. They were extremely helpful in providing options and we ultimately decided that it was in our best interest to replace the roof. Alpha roofing was prompt in their initial review and very transparent with costs and timeline. They executed exactly as initially estimated and I'm very thankful to have had the opportunity to work with such a quality and honest contractor. I've recently recommended them to multiple family/friends. They did an excellent job and their approach was refreshing!"

"Rafael came on short notice and inspected our roof inside and out and verified that there was no damage in need of repair. Extremely friendly and professional! I will definitely do business with Gulf Shield again."

"We recently reached out to multiple roofing companies for quotes to replace our roof. Greg Luebbe was our contact at Angie Roofing. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Greg walked us through everything we would need to know and took the time to answer all our questions. He also took the time to explain the process of reporting our claim to the insurance company. We now have insurance approval and going to set up an appointment with Angi Roofing to install our roof. I would recommend Greg Luebbe and Angi Roofing for anyone need a professional and responsive company to work with."

"Rainier Roofing is a very professional company who takes pride in their work. I have hired them on several occasions to replaced the roofs on two of my homes. "I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.
