It is important to note that after 7 years away - we moved back to the Indy area - in a completely different location - so I had to start from scratch in sourcing certain skilled trades. I did not know Richard, and had no knowledge of his track record of performance except through Angie's list. Richard took my call during a job and set an appt. for a few days later. We walked the yard together & I outlined the scope of work. Very quickly we both realized we knew what we were talking about and quickly settled on a fair price. The impressive part was he could get to us in about a week. His crew was friendly, skilled and most importantly worked hard over the course of a 12 hour day in 90 heat. He had plenty of Water/Gatorade for them and cared about their safety & well-being. Although supervising, Richard was working too and was not afraid to get his hands dirty - literally & figuratively . Richard & I had both big picture landscaping conversations and technical conversations about methods and individual plantings. I will be hiring him again. I have done both my own landscaping & hired out all or portions for nearly 40 years and this gentleman & his 1st class work crew just became the last group I will ever need to hire. One time I had a minor issue, I contacted the manager, then he came over and promptly correct the issue. They do care about the customers and give a personal care. I highly recommend this company."
