"The entire job went very well. He arrived 15 mins prior to the start of the job (930). Before we started, we went over what I wanted and he answered any questions. He and his helper painted 3 accent walls  ( I have 10 and 15 ft ceilings). They were very methodical in their approach to the job, and in the end proved to be efficient. After they set up, the job began by 10am and they finished by 430p. It was a one day job. I had a couple of questions and concerns while they worked and Joe took the time to answer them. I like the fact that the owner is on site.. <br /> This is the second time, I have had Joe and his crew come to my house. The first time was 3 years ago when he painted the entire house. He's very nice. His prices are reasonable. He is punctual. I would recommend him to any of my friends or family. In fact, I plan on getting an estimate for the caulking and painting for the crown moldings in our home.  <br />"

"TMr. Prado performed the measurement and template process.   The installers scheduled a noon installation but did not show up until 4pm as they were still performing fabrication work at the last minute. ]  All pieces fit but ogee edge cuts were not smooth.  Workers complained about not having higher end equipment to produce a smooth edge.  They came back and took two pieces back to their shop and recut the ogee edge.  It was slightly better but not what I expected for the price.  If Prado did not have the tools to produce a clean cut ogee edge, they should have said so.  Anthony offered me a cutting board for my troubles and promised to help with my backsplash but never showed up or called back. <br /> <br />"

"He was here the day after we called him. And had the job finished very quickly.Always cleans up after himself too. We had changed insurance companies on the house and they inspected the roof and the house before they would Insure us. All the things that they found wrong were what John fixed for us. He has done work for us in the past and we have never been disappointed In the price, quality, or reliability. He knows his stuff, He is a general contractor but when it comes to home remodeling or repair of any kind you will not find anyone out there any better or for a better price. We are soon to remodel both of our bath rooms and John will be doing that work for us too. I myself think he is very reasonable when it comes to his estimates, but most important to me also is that when he is done, it looks fantastic. <br />"

Scott the owner came to our house to give estimate and show us different products we can go with for our roof replacement. We decided to go with the Tilcor stone coated steel product with ice & water shield underlayment. They did an awesome job with the install. "Excellent finished product! The list of materials he gave me was accurate and exact. The work area was cleaned up each day when he left and there was clear communication during the entire project.  I work during the days, so  he had access to my home most days without me there. He was completely trustworthy and honest. Easy to work with and kept me updated on the progress and any issues that arose.  We were working with old plumbing, so of course, I needed to call in a plumber.  He's honest enough to say when something is not his specialty. I found that very refreshing.  I would definitely use him again! <br />"
