The appointment was scheduled without a long delay, and he maintained contact to confirm details and arrival time on the appointment day. He mowed the lawn and weed whipped the perimeter of the fence, and the work was done efficiently and well. Germany Norris and Cassie Norris are kind hearted people and it was very easy to interact with both of them. This was the first meeting and I am happy overall with the contact and the job well done. "Hired for lawn service. Had to contact everyone to see what the schedule was for service. Said they would come out if needed but were missing yards because of the rain and then didnt. Final service they blew grass all over everything and didn’t properly mow and weedeat everything and then they cancelled service before I could."
