From first mtg with Justin for the estimate (very knowledgeable and generous with advice/suggestions), though contract negotiation with Brooke (they even provided a project design drawing) and project coordination with Lindsey, every interaction was professional and friendly… I never felt I was a bother when I called with questions, was always greeted with a smile in their voice. I was confident when I signed the contract that my job was going start and be completed on time and to my satisfaction and without unexpected cost… and it was.
