"Eugene and his crew did a great job on a new roof install. They got the job done fast, knowledgeable guys, and professional. Highly recommend"

"I recently had DHT construction redo my roof. Total cost of the project was about $41k. My roof is pretty large and also has a few low-slope sections that needed to be handled specially. The bid came in higher than the other company I contacted, but I was impressed with Curtis' attention to detail when he surveyed the house to make the plan. He went over all the parts of the roof and asked a lot of questions. He found a bunch of things up front that he knew would have to be fixed along with the roof itself. So when going into the project we had a decent idea of the cost and an understanding of the kind of extra costs that might be incurred. We also talked about the process itself and discussed where trailers could be parked, etc.. It turns out there was a severe lack of ventilation under the previous roof and a lot of warped plywood that had to be replaced, so the cost raised up to that $41k. The team was able to get the extra materials and do the unplanned work in a couple more days. The area was cleaned up well. There was just one decoration of ours that was damaged at some point, but Curtis immediately comped me the cost of it (actually more than our stated value), so they more than made it right. All in all, although the cost was more than I expected, I think the attention to detail and excellent execution and result would lead me to hire them again for other work."

"We were very pleased with the tear-off and new roof done by Forever Roofing on our house in North Seattle in mid-June of 2020. The estimator Sam contacted us the next day after I left a message and came by within several days and gave us what I felt was a reasonable estimate that included several other requests including removal of a no-longer used chimney and replacing about 20 feet of facial board that was too high for me to replace safely. The crew was great. They were able to utilize the one corner of the house that didn't have plantings for their work area. They completed the job in two days and the gutters were installed on the third day. They were very careful in their clean-up. I would not hesitate to recommend Forever Roofing for their response time and the quality of the workmanship."

"A Better Roofing Company was great to work with. They were very organized. They completed the work in about a day and a half. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof."

"Very professional and quality work from a great team. The project was on time and on budget. Their quote was the mid point of the three quotes we received. Jack did the quote, walked us through it and was responsive getting the work scheduled. Adolfo and crew minimized the disruption and were done with a full 3500 SQ FT roof replacement in a little over a week. There were a few minor tweaks to the work order (additions), but nothing that required additional payment. They identified some siding issues that needed repair and recommended another company to take on that work. We would gladly recommend Three Tree for other similar projects and have already referred them to our neighbors."

"When we discovered extensive rot damage to our home after removing an old deck, we were distraught. Many companies offered to do structural repairs or siding and paint, but not both. Moreover, those companies carried large project minimums, which would have forced us to throw away thousands to have our serious issue addressed. Enter Rain City. Guillermo, our project coordinator, offered to come out and see our project in person the day after our call, and was able to get a crew out to make the repairs that same week. The work was fast, but thorough - the Rain City crew even identified and fixed a number of additional siding and flashing issues around our house that we weren't aware of. Perhaps best of all, the minimum project size was reasonable: we didn't have to throw away any money for their services. If you find yourself needing home exterior help on short notice or small scale, give Rain City Exteriors a call - you won't regret it!"

"We just had our full roof replaced by Roof4Life, and we could not be happier. Professional work is done in a timely manner. Huge improvement from our old roof. The new waterproofing looks great. Good roof for a good price, and the crew did a great job."

"Kelly and his team at KSR Roofing was able to figure out my issue quickly and resolve it as soon as weather permitted. I have a flat roof modern construction house which is difficult to assess where the leaking is coming from. I had many quotes for full roof replacement. After spending some time figuring out my problem, KSR was able to resolve my problem significantly less expensive than other quotes. KSR has an extremely experienced and talented team. They also offer good value and incredible customer service."

"I hired Gold Roofing to clear the tree debris and moss from my asphalt roof, clear the debris from the gutter covers, and apply moss kill. They performed the work as promised, were courteous and punctual, and cleaned up the debris that fell into the yard below. I would hire them again and recommend them to others."

"Great call back time, within a day they had a technician come and take a look at my roof, in less than a week itâ s all fixed. I think they charge a fair price as well , will definitely call them again for future roofing needs"
