"The estimator came out to my house and upon explaining what I needed (stucco repair) he proceeded to explain to me that it would be impossible to match the paint and that after completeing the stucco the whole house would need to be painted (complete upsell and not what I expected). The good news, and the reason I decided to do business with this Co is their pricing with the stucco repair and new paint came in around what others were charging for the Stucco repair alone. So I went with this company. On a positive note the paint job looks really good and when all was done the stucco plus paint were good enough to pass the insurance inspection (the purpose for the repair in the first place). I cannot give an A rating because the company didnt actually specialize what they initially told they did (stucco) they simply used it as a sales opportunity, moreover their own painters agreed with me about the crap stucco job they hired a subcontractor to complete"

"I have had the fortunate experience of having this company do handi-man work for me twice. First time was several months ago. I had a very bad handi-man come to install a dimmer switch for my dining room ceiling light. After he left I was feeling electrical shocks and I knew it was a fire/electrocution hazzard. The handi-man was no where to be found. I logged on to Angi's List and Devon's HomeProcontacted me right away. It was close to 6:00 pm. Devon came right away and fixed the problem. Recently I contacted Angi's List again and when the handi-man showed up it was Devon again and I was happy. I had a garage door opener installed the day before and had no electrical outlet in my garage. He had to climb up into a small, very hot space in my garage ceiling. The whole job was a lot of work, saved me money and done beautifully. I also had shelf repair issues inside the house that I made a debacle of and could never fix myself. He fixed them. Devon was as nice and accommodating as the first time he came. He finished all of the work in a timely manner. I asked him what it would cost to install an outlet in my 3-season room with a switch inside so that I can turn my clear decortive lights from inside the house. I knew it would cost hundreds of dollars which I did not want to spend. Once again Devon came through with a brilliant solution, no out of pocket. Thank you Devon's Home Pro Service LLC. "Our experience with Brian and Maxwell of Fidelity Development was way above and beyond any we have had ever with contractors. We had three (3) projects that needed work: Two water leaks in our kitchen; repair work for a water leak in our laundry room; and re-plastering of our ceiling in our bedroom from a roof leak. These incredible gentleman are not only crafted contractors but are also talented designers. The detailed work they put in and the time amazed us. It always takes time to find a water leak but they did it like scientists, and only did what was needed to repair it. But, they also even recommended expanding our cupboard space after repairing the damage done and it is a fantastic addition. Maxwell and Brian are truly great men - not only craftsmen but also so kind, considerate and friendly and fun. We are so blessed to have found them and they are coming back next week to add accent walls in our kitchen. They came up with a beautiful design and we are so excited."
