"Excellent response time. Friendly and professional technician went out of his way to educate me on the best rodent prevention for my home. Traps were placed in my attic and checked every couple of days until no more were caught. Technician also repaired under house vents with hardware cloth to keep rodents out. And the ants are gone. They are also careful not to spray near food bearing plants. I am aware that their service cost is higher than Orkin, but not by much. $45 monthly for service every two months (includes unlimited free callbacks between service dates if needed). They also set up auto pay so I don't have to remember to pay yet another bill. They did not spray interior of home, but will do so if needed. I like that they use care in application of product and are willing to swing by more frequently to take care of issues as they arise. Great customer service."

"Fred, the Rep. for the company was prompt. I took him on a tour of what I most wanted done and asked questions about several things that I was thinking of for the house, garage and outside. He was polite and took his time in checking out every inch and gave me suggestions and explained what they could do as far as lawn and my flower beds. He supplied me with booklets and information on insects, flowers and lawn treatments and not once did he try to pressure me into any contracts. We talked and laughed about my lack of knowledge of keeping the lawn and flowers at their best. He left and gave me plenty of time to read over all the materials he had left with his cell phone number for any questions I might have later. What was most impressive to me was that I made all the decisions on what I wanted done  and was able to talk to him about thoses decisions with complete satisfaction and no pressure. I was even told that at any time I could change or add a treatment when I wanted to.  Decisions made, appointments set up and kept on time, work very professional and a call from the office for next appointment and to make sure everything went well. Could not ask for better service that works."

"Overall, it went well. The rep that came up was knowledgeable and provided a clear recommendation on next steps. The work was pretty thorough. The rep did say that once they kill the ants including the Queen, they may move around to different areas of the house/yard which in fact they did, so we called them out again. Overall, great job...and it's definitely a job I don't want to do! :-)"

"The entire process went very well--my focus is on communication, and Big Time does that very well. <br /> Big Time followed the contract time line, and all aspects of this messy, complicated job went very smoothly. The entire job lasted approximately 6 weeks...that was from start to finish. "The male receptionist who answers the phone is very professional. The technician who comes to apply the gopher bait is very friendly and helpful. This application usually lasts for a few months. <br /> In addition, they offer a variety of services on their website - which would have been useful had I previously known about them - but have only telephoned to offer me a fungicide treatment for the lawn. Since I do not need this, it is not applicable. <br /> However, I will not be using them in the future based on the fact that the female manager speaks to me in a condescending manner, or - if she happens to pick up the phone - will place me "on hold" in order to have someone else talk with me. <br /> <br /> <br />"
