Called to let me know what time I might expect him and followed up a little before to let me know he was on his way. He explained what he was looking for and talked about things to watch for. Thankfully it wasn't a major problem and he was able to get the washer back in working order in no time. Extremely fair pricing and great customer service. I would definitely recommend if you have any issues with appliances. Also this was on a Saturday!!"

"I was given a 2 hour window for when my technician Kyle would show up. Kyle came on the earlier side of the timeframe. He was able to get my garbage disposal removed and installed the new one. He was professional and told me about the warranty and answered any questions I had about the appliance or the service. The one thing that I appreciated about the service from Mr. Appliance is that when they texted/emailed me to confirm my appointment they also sent a picture of the technician that would be performing the service, this made me very at ease knowing who would be arriving to perform the service."

This is my second experience with Chris, I arranged an appointment Alpha Omega Appliance. Chris came out, quickly analyzed the problem and ordered a replacement part.  He returned a couple of days later to install the new part.  The repair was completed successfully.   I was very satisfied with the quality and price of the work completed.   I highly recommend Alpha Omega for any appliance repair work!

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
