"after 3 times we still have the carpenter ants during the first attempt to rid them the tech was short and stood on our toilet instead of getting a ladder to put powder in our exhaust fan with a metal applicator when he stepped down the applicator got caught on the fan edge and broke the plastic where the screws held the fan up. I bought a new fan and I have heard nothing back about them having it installed after them coming out and taking pictures. I have medical issues preventing me from doing it. If nothing is done about this after our contract is up we will not renew it,as customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a high priority"

"Used them for many years, but last year they became difficult to reach. Did not show up when needed. Calls frequently went to voice mail, but no call back. Called to cancel last November but they claim they have no record of the call. I hired another company. However, they still kept coming and billing me. Each time I got an email I wrote back saying I cancelled but no reply.Now they are demanding payment. May be contacting BBB"

"It was a nightmare from the beginning. Tech was late on the first visit and he did replace the well pump. He did not run the system to see if it was operating properly. That night the system flooded and I had to go out and unplug system. I called the next day and they sent the same technician out. He said I needed to replace all 4 valves. He did and that visit he ran the system and advised he replaced a couple of sprinkler heads. The next day the system did not automatically come on. I called again and same technician came out and said there was nothing wrong. I was offered a refund of $374.00 that I paid for and accepted. Next day I manually turned on the system and the zones were messed up. I called again and asked for another technician to be sent and was refused. They then offered to refund the original $790.00, which I did not accept as I didn’t think it was fair to get a free new system. The technician came and just changed dial to automatic and left. I now have messed up zones, system will not come on automatically and only one sprinkler head in the backyard works. They all worked before. I am 72 years old and should not have to put up with this. I will have to hire another company to get system running."
