"On a home built in 1957 Approved Contractor Inc (ACI) installed new construction windows and sliding glass doors, stripped the house of old siding, removed old plywood sheathing and old insulation, and then insulated and stuccoed the house. What was important was not only finding a reputable construction company, but also one that would coordinate the total project. The added benefits were quality work and high-end material, at a competitive price. Of note, was the stucco method (4 layers-coats - scratch, brown, finish and texture). The texture coat is an elastomeric paint (color of my choosing) that is water repellent, reflective and provides an even color on the walls - with a lifetime warranty. Other stucco contractors stop on the finish coat, with the color in stucco. In addition ACI uses its own subcontractors. ACI was professional, flexible, and did really great work. ACI was a superb choice."

"Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted by our stucco and wood trim on the entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. "I have relied on Lifetime Custom Painting for over three years.  Whenever I call, they are extremely friendly and come to my home within a few days to prepare their bid.  They have painted both the inside and outside of my home and done some repair to various areas, including drywall.  The employees have been extremely friendly, polite and helpful even when I change my mind.  That is one of the things I like about this company.  The job is done very well, and cleanup is good, which means a lot to me.

"We had just purchased our house and it had paint chipping off the walls in spots, it was horrible! Within 2-3 days they had this place looking beautiful! They came early and on time each day, were very nice and respectful to work with and made sure we were happy with their work. Once the house was finished I had one or two spots I wanted fixed and they came over as soon as they could to get it done. I would highly recommend this company!
