Him and his team went above and beyond to clear out all of the debris in the basement, fully cleaned the basement, and applied mold remediation to the wooden beams. He took a jack and jill bathroom and turned it into a beautiful handicap accessible bathroom and a powder room. 3. Total roof replacement, code compliant. He even installed a new metal roof. 4. Various electrical projects. Certain outlets needed updating, as well as some wiring issues. 5. Using his connections to reputable tradesman with other skills. Terry either fixes it himself or uses his friends and connections to find other tradesman who can get the job done. Fir example, he used a tile man on the bathroom project."
