There is only one word that can describe the business practice of Extortion. I told her I had paid for the year and expected them to honor their contract with me. She told me she needed to speak to upper management and would call me back. That call never came and the following week I attempted to log onto the Weed Man website to view my account. It gave me a message that my account was not active. I called the phone number listed on my quote and was told my account was canceled 2 days prior. I asked to be called back by someone in management. 2 days later I did receive a call and was told it was being recorded. I was clear I was not happy with their extortion practices to get me to pay more than my written paid quote. She told me they could not service my lawn for the quoted price. She canceled my service and told me my full amount would be refunded. I asked them again to honor their paid contract and if they wanted more money they could ask for that next year and let me decide if I wanted to keep their service at a higher price but they refused. It has now been 2 weeks and my account is still canceled and no money has been refunded."
