They fell short in the details of completion: not all of the the usable firewood of 6” and greater diameter was cut into 18” lengths as promised, requiring me to complete the job. We are a small family owned and operated company. We like to keep it small so that we can offer the best deals to our customers which include a meet or beat bid and referral bonus. We have climbers with 10 & 25 years expierience not bucket trucks or beginers. We do the work ourselves and do not contract out to other companies like some of our competition. We do bids and work in the evenings and on weekends if need be also unlike our competetors, we are not a 8-4 mon thru fri company!
