John answered the phone when I called and was here the next day, The price he gave was reasonable so I gave him a deposit Thursday and they were here Monday morning to do the work, This is a family company and with their attention to service and clearly communicating with me the customer I would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact next week they are sealing my next door neighbors driveway. "My steps from the garage to the laundry room were no longer stable. The bottom two steps were loose and needed to be supported. Marco the owner came over and explained that stringers needed to be installed to support the wood steps in the middle. He explained some options and prices. Picked and agreed on the work. He was able to come over one afternoon and did the job with his assistant. He was very professional and explained what he was doing because I kept asking him questions. Work completed with no issues and very satisfied in the end. I have some other work that I plan on bringing him back for."

"Dionis and team installed 4 sky lights a few months ago. It took about 2 weeks after our deposit for the skylights to be ready for installation, which is what Dionis told us to expect. While they were prepping the roof for the skylights, they saw water damage on the roof. This was not a surprise to us as the roof was due to be replaced. He gave a good rate to do the roof while doing the sky lights and within a week the roof and skylights were completed. The team was respectful of our property. It has been a few months now. We are happy with the Supreme skylights and glad we did the roof. No more leaks (the original problem that prompted replacing the skylights) and the view from the skylights looks great."
