I had 5 contractors coming and while all had very similar overall prices, Arber (the owner) spent a lot of time on the roof and was the best at documenting, with pictures, every single issues with our roof. A clear understanding that any amount of additional work to be done to the underlying structure was dependent on the extent of the damages that would be found once the shingles were removed, with a range of what to expect in terms of possible additional cost . Arber and his team were on time, courteous, efficient and very professional, and very careful in redoing the flashing around the skylights and chimney to ensure proper sealing.
