"No wonder reviews are so old. Do not use this sham of a company. I’ve treated my own home for years. Finally I thought, well maybe a company could do better than me (I had minor bugs mostly from windows and doors I leave open). After the first treatment with Cypress, I saw small bugs more frequently. After the second, I’ve had large palmetto bugs (aka roaches)drop in front of me. I’ve seen them dead in the morning, good, but these an alive and well. I thought it might just be bugs from treatment the first time. Now I am thinking they spray nothing but water. My house is clean and neat, I also have a cleaning crew twice a month. So I’d consider using a more reputable and professional company before using this company. This is horrible and not any business I want to be associated with."

"We are happy with our mosquito service from Mosquito Joe. We used to never enjoy our yard because we'd get chewed alive within seconds of being outside. Our property backs up to wetlands and it is brutal with the mosquitos. Since we started our service, I honestly don't think I've had one mosquito bite! So glad we called and set up this service and we will absolutely continue it for as long as we live in this house."

Carolina Bed Bug Dog is all about you, the client! We are working to minimize the impact of the bed bug quandary many are facing by arming businesses with documentation to show they are being proactive in the quest to manage bed bugs, and keep their guests, families and employees safe from the pests. We do this with the keenly trained nose of a scent dog, trained specifically to search for the scent of bed bugs, and locate where they hide. Call us today for K9 assisted Bed Bug Detection if your business is in SC, TN or VA. In NC call All Seasons Pest Control (888) 201-4848, as we work for them in NC! They are a licensed pest control company in NC, and that is what the NCDA requires us to do. Other states we service don't require a pest control license in order to bring a canine into a facility to search for scent of bed bugs. We are a WDDO certified scent team, and Johnsie is a founding member of IBBRA(International Bed Bug Resource Authority). K9 scent detection is eco-friendly, and does not make use of any pesticides. We just use a dog's nose!

FAQs for bee removal projects in Johns Island, SC

Swarms of bees stay for just a few hours, but can remain for two or three days. Under the right conditions, beehives can last indefinitely, as bee colonies are self-sustaining. The queen is the heart of the hive and can live for up to five years. As she ages and her egg production declines, the worker bees replace her by raising a new queen.

Worker bees live up to six months if born in the fall, but only about 40 days when born in the spring or summer. Drones live between three weeks and three months. The queen continuously lays eggs that quickly mature to replace bees that die. Ask your beekeeper or pest control specialist for further details based on the type of bees you have.

Ideally, you should remove a bee's nest very early in the morning or late in the evening when all of the bees are in the hive.

Bees do not fly at night, so although they may buzz and show some activity, they will not fly or swarm. This allows you to remove the entire colony safely in one attempt. While bees may be slightly more active in the early morning or late evening, most will be in the hive, minimizing the number of stragglers left behind.

After complete bee removal, stray workers will not regroup if all traces of honey, comb, and pheromones are thoroughly eliminated. Professional removal procedures seal access points and remove every residue that could attract bees, ensuring the area remains bee‐free. Follow-up inspections confirm that prevention measures are effective, so your home remains secure against any re-infestation.
