Finally I thought, well maybe a company could do better than me (I had minor bugs mostly from windows and doors I leave open). After the first treatment with Cypress, I saw small bugs more frequently. After the second, I’ve had large palmetto bugs (aka roaches)drop in front of me. I’ve seen them dead in the morning, good, but these an alive and well. I thought it might just be bugs from treatment the first time. Now I am thinking they spray nothing but water. My house is clean and neat, I also have a cleaning crew twice a month. So I’d consider using a more reputable and professional company before using this company. This is horrible and not any business I want to be associated with."
