"Disappointed. Since we'd used AMRUSS in the past, I thought we'd have our outside windows washed for a reasonable price. They charged $209 for the outside windows on a 2-story house. Most of the screens were taken out and I had to put them all back in. My husband was furious about putting back the screens after paying $209. Even though I'd scheduled the appointment, and was at home, they contacted my husband several times about a squeegee left behind. We won't be using them again."
